Returns within 7 days
You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it.
Condition of the item
The item must be unworn, unused and unwashed, in its original packaging with tags attached. Please keep your receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
Items that cannot be returned
Items bought at a sale or discounted price, and custom or personalised items, cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return charges
Return delivery charges are paid by the customer.
How to return
Email us at wearifyone@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund is paid within 10 working days. If you have not received it 15 working days after approval, please contact us.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or not what you ordered, email us straight away with your order number and photos.
Payment
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available. You pay when your order arrives.
